Burnout Recovery is a 12-week program designed to empower you with simple, dynamic and evidence-based techniques to help you turn off the stress response that you may have unwittingly gotten locked into, in order to release stuck stress, restore depleted energy, refresh creativity, and make room for inspiration, joy and empathy.

Each week, you will receive a quick and empowering lesson. It will not be a depression-factory or a snoozefest. And it will not require much of your time. It will help you celebrate your endurance and GRIT! And it will expand your self-care toolkit, so you can fully recover from burnout and prevent future reccurence.

Hi there!

I'm Danielle Beller.

I've worked in the wellness industry since 2001. I've been a Manual Therapist for over 20 years, however, 10 years in I began developing overuse injuries from the postures required for working on my clients. What began as aches and stiffness developed into debilitating pain, so severe that it threatened my livelihood and my quality of life. Out of necessity, I began down a path of exploration seeking out techniques to allow me to continue the work I love and to preserve my ability to live an active and pain-free life. And what I discovered was a new passion for helping others do the same for themselves. Fast forward a 9 years and I have now had the pleasure to teach hundreds of people simple self-care techniques to help them relieve pain, reduce stress, make dramatic improvements in their athletic endeavors and take an empowered approach to their health and well-being.

I designed Unlocking the Stress Trap in response to the unrelenting stress initiated by the COVID-19 pandemic, chronic health challenges within my own family and the perpetual state of overwhelm many of us have felt at one point or another since 2020. It is my most personal and most passionate program yet.

When does the course start and finish?
You will receive one lesson per week for 12 weeks, starting immediately after enrolling. You can complete them at your own pace, but the intention is to focus on each lesson for a week and to gradually add to your self-care toolkit, in order to have many new favorite ways of empowering yourself to release stuck stress and preventing its accumulation in the future.
How long do I have access to the course?
You will have access to all of the programs in the Self-care On Demand Membership, as long as your membership is active. You can access the programs from across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
